Open to the elements, the Desert Lounge lets the scenery take centre-stage, with views of the majestic mesas towering over the undulating sand dunes. Ideal for cocktail soirées, special-occasion dinners, and moments of quiet contemplation.
Tucked under the 165-million-year-old sandstone mesa around which the resort is built, the Fireside Pavilion is a cozy open-air venue located adjacent to the main swimming pool. and the ideal spot for a private dinner under the desert starry sky.

An immersive journey through the culinary heritage of the American Southwest, Amangiri offers a refined take on contemporary Utah dining. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the main Restaurant showcases, sustainable, seasonal ingredients, shaped by global influence. Whether enjoyed indoors, gazing out through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, or on the pool terrace, dishes echo the warmth of the local terroir, spanning sharing plates such as Rocky Mountain Elk Tartare and Colorado River Trout, to a four-course Spirit of the Journey tasting menu, designed to pay tribute to indigenous cultures.
At neighbouring Camp Sarika, menus change daily with rustic-but-refined rotisserie and fire-pit dishes prepared in an open kitchen, while Amangiri’s Desert Lounge and Fireside Pavilion serve as spectacular open-air venues for private dining under the stars or cocktails at dusk, redefining the Utah restaurant scene.
