Led by Executive Chef Reynaldo Deluna (Rey), whose nearly two decades of experience across Europe, the Americas and Asia inform his refined approach to cuisine, Spanish Night brings the vibrant flavours of Spain to Vietnam’s shores, every Monday to Friday evening. Showcasing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients in modern interpretations of traditional recipes, Chef Rey crafts an immersive dining experience that captures the essence of Spanish gastronomy, celebrating its bold flavours.

Join us every Saturday at the Beach Club restaurant for a barbecue dinner with the ocean as a spectacular backdrop. The evening features a thoughtfully prepared selection of seafood and grilled dishes, shared in a relaxed yet refined setting on the sand.

Enjoy signature dishes that showcase the vibrant balance and depth of traditional Thai flavours as guest chefs from Amanpuri’s Bua Bok Restaurant host a very special Thai Culinary Week that brings generations of gastronomic heritage to the shores of Vinh Hy Bay.

From Monday to Friday, the Beach Club welcomes visiting Chef Nat from Nama at Amanpuri each evening, to share his Japanese cuisine, defined by purity, seasonality and respect for natural flavours. Rooted in Nama’s philosophy of simplicity and precision, each dish reflects time-honoured techniques, thoughtfully reinterpreted for Amanoi guests in an elegant coastal setting. 

Evenings at the resort bar unfold with the gentle rhythm of live music, courtesy of Kashemir, a piano and vocal duo from Ukraine. Performing five nights per week until the end of March, the pair presents an elegant blend of Spanish, Italian, English and international melodies, creating a relaxed yet uplifting atmosphere. Settle in with a cocktail, enjoy the intimate soundscape and let the music shape an evening to remember. 

Try your hand at Cham pottery, a centuries-old craft still practiced in the nearby village of Bau Truc, where each piece is hand-shaped and fired with rice husks and straw. Join a local artisan for an immersive workshop and learn to create pottery the Cham way.  

Discover the flavours of Vietnam in a private hands-on cooking class: a delicious introduction to the country’s culinary tradition. Select three dishes with favourites including phở bò (beef noodle soup) and gỏi cuốn (rice paper rolls). Afterwards, sit down to savour the dishes you created. 

Discover the enduring heritage of the Cham people, an ancient civilisation that once shaped Vietnam’s southern coast. The journey begins with a guided tour of the Cham Museum and continues at the 13th-century Po Klong Garai Cham Towers, remarkably preserved structures offering sweeping views across the landscape.
