Join us every Saturday at the Beach Club restaurant for a barbecue dinner with the ocean as a spectacular backdrop. The evening features a thoughtfully prepared selection of seafood and grilled dishes, shared in a relaxed yet refined setting on the sand.

From Monday to Friday, the Beach Club welcomes visiting chef from Amanpuri each evening, to share his Japanese cuisine, defined by purity, seasonality and respect for natural flavours. Rooted in the philosophy of simplicity and precision, each dish reflects time-honoured techniques, thoughtfully reinterpreted for Amanoi guests in an elegant coastal setting. 

Cape Town–based duo Janene and Ceejay bring a refined blend of jazz, gospel, and contemporary classics to Amanoi’s bar. With musical versatility and rich vocals, they create an elegant yet vibrant atmosphere, performing five nights a week.

Join us for an exclusive evening as renowned mixologist Masatsugu Kawasaki takes over for a special guest shift, bringing his refined approach through modern gin cocktails using elegant Osaka Gin from Mikuni Distillery. 

Discover the flavours of Vietnam in a private hands-on cooking class: a delicious introduction to the country’s culinary tradition. Select three dishes with favourites including phở bò (beef noodle soup) and gỏi cuốn (rice paper rolls). Afterwards, sit down to savour the dishes you created. 

Discover the enduring heritage of the Cham people, an ancient civilisation that once shaped Vietnam’s southern coast. The journey begins with a guided tour of the Cham Museum and continues at the 13th-century Po Klong Garai Cham Towers, remarkably preserved structures offering sweeping views across the landscape.  

Try your hand at Cham pottery, a centuries-old craft still practiced in the nearby village of Bau Truc, where each piece is hand-shaped and fired with rice husks and straw. Join a local artisan for an immersive workshop and learn to create pottery the Cham way.
