Journeys with Aman
New landscapes unfold through Aman’s multi-destination journeys.
In collaboration with Aman Global Wellness Ambassador, Novak Djokovic, this immersive three-day programme is designed to encourage a whole self-reset. Centred around nurturing physical, mental and spiritual growth, a combination of movement, mindfulness and recovery sessions offer guests an insight into the training, programme behind Djokovic’s career success.

Please note, the outlined programme is a sample itinerary which can be tailored to individual needs and length of stay.


2pm: Welcome orientation and programme preview
3-4pm: 60-minute Pilates session: Focussing on posture helps strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and pelvic floor
4-5pm: 60-minute Hydrotherapy: The journey begins with hydrotherapy - steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge - relieving discomfort and promoting wellbeing
5-6.30pm: 90-minute Vietnamese Massage: Dry techniques to warm up and release tight muscles, followed by acupressure massage and gentle cupping along the body’s meridian lines to support lymphatic detoxification
7.30pm: Dinner at leisure

7.30-8.30am: 60-minute Morning Mindful Breathing and Yin Yoga: Deep release in the body, balance energy channels and prepare the mind for meditation
8.30am: Breakfast at leisure
10-11am: 60-minute Tennis with a pro
11-11.45am: 45-minute Manual Stretching: Encourages deep muscular release through gentle stretching, enhancing flexibility while easing muscle tightness
12.30pm: Lunch at leisure
3-4.40pm: 100-minute Banya experience: Cleansing with the soothing rhythm of a venik (leaves) to stimulate circulation and support the immune system in Aman’s Forest Wellness Pool Villa
7pm: Dinner at leisure


7.30-8.30am: 60-minute Pranayama & Sounding healing: Through conscious breath, Pranayama restores energy flow, reduces stress and anxiety and promotes inner peace
8.30am: Breakfast at leisure
10-11am: 60-minute Amanoi Massage: Deeply relaxing massage to restore physical ease and mental tranquility
