From its hilltop perch, the Restaurant offers all-day dining celebrating the fragrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine alongside refined international classics. Its menu makes the most of seasonal market produce and the daily catch from local fishing boats, while the columned, air-conditioned interior spills out onto a terrace – affording sweeping views of the dramatic coastline.



Open from morning to evening, the Restaurant celebrates the richness of Vietnam’s culinary heritage alongside global favourites. Begin with freshly baked banh mi baguettes and traditional Vietnamese coffee – served through a metal phin filter and mixed with condensed milk – or opt for upgraded international favourites, such as the classic crab omelette.
Come evening, sample refined cha cuon fish-cake handrolls from the coastal Ninh Thuan region, alongside signature servings of lobster tortellini and the exceptional 400-day-aged, grain-fed wagyu sirloin, graded with the highest marbling score and prized for its depth of flavour.
Each afternoon from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, the Restaurant presents a refined Vietnamese Afternoon Tea celebrating the country’s local flavours. Served in an elegant setting, the experience features a selection of sweet and savoury treats, including freshly prepared banh can cakes in traditional clay pots, alongside other delicacies – acting as a restful pause in the arc of the day.
Overlooking Vinh Hy Bay, the Restaurant offers a selection of distinctive dining settings to suit every occasion. An open-air terrace frames sweeping sea views, while the open-sided indoor space offers a relaxed, light-filled feel. For greater privacy, an enclosed air-conditioned dining room provides an intimate setting for shared gatherings and special moments.
