The Bar

Looking out over Nui Chua National Park from beneath the eaves of the Central Pavilion, the Bar is a relaxing, atmospheric space, inspired by traditional Vietnamese teahouses. Framed with local art, photography and distant mountain views, it offers a comfortable, contemplative setting to sink into a leather armchair and savour a house cocktail. Five evenings a week, live grand-piano performances, accompanied by a singer, set the musical backdrop.

Cocktails for Place and Story 

Open from 6pm until late, the Bar is an elegant evening retreat where conversation lingers and cocktails tell a story. At its heart is Amanoi’s signature collection, inspired by Vietnam’s natural wonders and crafted in tribute to the surrounding landscape. Each invites discovery, from the Kingdom of Coral cocktail, blending local gin with fresh pineapple juice, to the Untouched Wilderness creation, featuring Vietnamese rhum agricole. A refined Negroni and a gin and tonic infused with Vietnamese botanicals further showcase the Bar’s dedication to craft. 

 

Evenings of jazz and elegance

Framed by intricate wooden latticework and adorned with local artworks, the Bar is a warm, atmospheric space where craftsmanship and culture meet. Deep leather armchairs invite an unhurried pace and a grand piano anchors the room, primed for a live pianist and vocalist duo, who present jazz renditions of international classics five nights a week. Join them as their melodies drift through the space, lending timeless elegance to the softly lit surroundings.
