From smooth, aromatic curries to fresh salads and perfectly balanced pad thai, Amanpuri's Thai Restaurant has been serving authentic cuisine for nearly 30 years. Executive chef Mae Naree hails from southern Thailand and has created a menu dictated by her roots, using traditional techniques and local ingredients, sustainably sourced.

Curry pastes are freshly made on a stone press; vegetables are grown, foraged, or brought from the market; and fresh coconut cream – a true rarity in restaurants – is delivered twice daily, seven days a week.
