The global gourmet

Amanpuri’s family of restaurants invites guests and non-residents on a gastronomic journey around the world, delving into the authentic culinary traditions of Thailand, Japan, Italy and the Mediterranean against the stunning backdrop of the Phuket coast. 

The restaurants at Amanpuri are temporarily closed from 16 May to 13 September 2026 as part of the resort’s annual refurbishment. Reservations will reopen from 17 August 2026 for dates after the reopening.

Barbecue by candlelight

The Amanpuri team can set up an intimate barbecue dinner in a secluded spot on Pansea Beach. Choose from an Italian, Thai or Vegan menu, served alongside breath-taking views of the Andaman Sea.

Ocean Platform Dining Experience

Amanpuri's Ocean Platform Sunset Experience sees guests transported to their own private island platform in the serene waters of the Andaman Sea. With the ocean as an infinite backdrop and the sun slowly dipping below the horizon, canapes and Champagne complete the occasion – perfect for those celebrating a special occasion.

This Experience is available from November to March.
