On the garden terrace, embraced by a forest of vibrant green maple leaves, our chef grills three carefully selected meats to perfection, allowing you to savour and compare the distinct flavours of Kyonaka‑style aged pork shoulder loin, Kyonaka‑style aged wagyu and Japanese black wagyu sirloin. It’s an unhurried dining experience where nature and cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
