Open daily for lunch, it serves light, seasonal dishes that blend Greek tradition with Japanese influence, crafted using fresh seafood and ingredients from the resort’s very own organic garden.
With fully retractable windows and a choice of three distinct seating areas, the space invites guests to dine in harmony with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Set by Amanzoe’s reflective main pool, the Pool Restaurant offers a relaxed escape where the flavours of Greek tradition meet Japanese finesse. Chef Konstantinos Mouzis brings a global perspective shaped by his work in Michelin-starred kitchens, while staying true to the simplicity of his grandmother’s recipes. Signature dishes such as kale salad with local cheese, and traditional meatballs with ouzo and mint reflect this balance. Light, seasonal and rooted in provenance.

Defined by its effortless flow, the restaurant’s retractable windows open the restaurant fully to the Peloponnesian breeze, with dining areas that shift to fit the mood.
