The Restaurant 

Open for breakfast and dinner, the airy Restaurant offers deep-blue sea views from its terrace and through soaring windows, and serves an exquisite medley of Greek, Mediterranean and international dishes. Try the catch of the day cooked in salt dough, or choose the Greek degustation menu with wine pairings. Amanzoe’s network of skilled regional purveyors ensures only the freshest, highest quality ingredients year-round. 

Pool Restaurant 

Overlooking Amanzoe’s magnificent hilltop swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Aegean coastline, the Pool Restaurant is open daily for lunch. The menu features light Mediterranean fare based on fresh fish and meat, vegetables cultivated in the resort’s own organic gardens and Greek seasonal delicacies. 

Beach Club 

Open for lunch, the Beach Club restaurant is a casual venue offering barefoot, poolside dining with ocean views at its very best. Enjoy a traditional, Greek taverna-style menu, or a pizza straight from the wood-fired pizza oven at the restaurant’s heart. 

Bar

Open throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar offers a drinks menu inspired by spring and summer Mediterranean flavours. Cocktails are infused with local herbs and aromatics, ideal for toasting the sunset from the firepit terrace. Boasting wraparound floor-to-ceiling doors open to the elements in summer, there are also cosy fireplaces for the cooler months. 

Nama

Aman's signature Japanese restaurant worldwide, Nama at Amanzoe is blessed with almost 360-degree views of the Aegean Sea from its hilltop setting. Serving exquisite washoku cuisine for dinner, Nama offers both indoor and outdoor settings by the main pool of the resort.

The Garden Table

Influenced by the countryside that it inhabits known as ‘The Garden of Greece’, Amanzoe’s chef’s focus on ingredients that are sourced locally, and from the resort’s very own organic garden. Tended by a team of gardeners, a variety of fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown each year, including tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, bell peppers, parsley, dill and mint.

Overlooking the plot, The Garden Table offers the opportunity for guests to sample ingredients from the gardens with a private dining experience, with dedicated chefs preparing delicious multi-course menus using the outdoor barbeque and wood-fired oven. Alternatively, guests can choose to assist in the meal preparations with a private outdoor cooking class or instead, enjoy a private cheese, wine or olive oil tasting arranged on a bespoke basis.
