Pool Restaurant

Overlooking Amanzoe’s magnificent hilltop swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Aegean coastline, the Pool Restaurant is open daily for lunch. The menu features light dining options based on fresh fish and meat, vegetables cultivated in the resort’s own organic gardens and Greek seasonal delicacies.

The Bar

Open throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar offers a drinks menu inspired by spring and summer Mediterranean flavours. Cocktails are infused with local herbs and aromatics, ideal for toasting the sunset from the firepit terrace. Boasting wraparound floor-to-ceiling doors open to the elements in summer, there are also cosy fireplaces for the cooler months.

Discover farm-to-table dining with ingredients grown on Amanzoe’s own bostani farm.
