Following the success of the Amanzoe retreat hosted by Maria Sharapova last year, the half-day Building Mental Resilience programme invites guests to enhance both physical and mental endurance through a range of unique sessions curated by Maria herself. Details of the journey can be found below.  

Inclusions:

  • Symmetria (60 minutes)  
    A dynamic, full-body workout that seamlessly blends endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Rooted in ancient Greek calisthenics, the session uses bodyweight exercises to build functional strength and enhance mobility.
     
  • Hitting Session with Tennis Pro (60 minutes) 
    Sharpen mental focus in this one-on-one session with an experienced Amanzoe tennis coach, suitable for all abilities.  
     
  • Chanting or Trataka Meditation (30 minutes)  
    Cultivate mental clarity and calm with the choice of Chanting or Trataka Meditation. The former creates powerful vibrations that resonate through the whole body, while the latter grounds and centres through the light of a single candle flame.  
     
  • Passive Stretching & Hydrotherapy or Thai Massage (60 minutes)
    The retreat concludes with the choice of either a passive stretching class, cold plunge, steam room and sauna session, or a 60-minute Thai massage, offering total physical and mental rejuvenation.
