Defined by its effortless flow, the restaurant’s retractable windows open the restaurant fully to the Peloponnesian breeze, with dining areas that shift to fit the mood. Choose sofas by the fireplace for intimate dining at sunset, the shaded terrace for long, laidback lunches, or the airy interior for casual elegance.

By day, the Pool Restaurant serves as a breezy base for light, nutritious dishes, perfect for enjoying post-dip in the pool. As evening falls, it transforms into Nama, Amanzoe’s signature Japanese dining concept, renowned for fine sushi and sashimi.
