The Restaurant 

Open for breakfast and dinner, the airy Restaurant offers deep-blue sea views from its terrace and through soaring windows, and serves an exquisite medley of Greek, Mediterranean and international dishes. Try the catch of the day cooked in salt dough, or choose the Greek degustation menu with wine pairings. Amanzoe’s network of skilled regional purveyors ensures only the freshest, highest quality ingredients year-round. 

Pool Restaurant 

Overlooking Amanzoe’s magnificent hilltop swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Aegean coastline, the Pool Restaurant is open daily for lunch. The menu features light Mediterranean fare based on fresh fish and meat, vegetables cultivated in the resort’s own organic gardens and Greek seasonal delicacies. 

Beach Club 

Open for lunch, the Beach Club restaurant is a casual venue offering barefoot, poolside dining with ocean views at its very best. Enjoy a traditional, Greek taverna-style menu, or a pizza straight from the wood-fired pizza oven at the restaurant’s heart. 


Open throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar offers a drinks menu inspired by spring and summer Mediterranean flavours. Cocktails are infused with local herbs and aromatics, ideal for toasting the sunset from the firepit terrace. Boasting wraparound floor-to-ceiling doors open to the elements in summer, there are also cosy fireplaces for the cooler months.

Guests visiting Amanzoe will be invited to discovering the culinary philosophy of renowned chef, Norbert Niederkofler with two exclusive dining experiences. Travelling from the Dolomites, Chef Norbert has received global acclaim through his three Michelin starred restaurant St. Hubertus at Aman Partner Hotel, Rosa Alpina, where he has also gained a prestigious Michelin Green Star for his sustainable approach to cooking.

Bringing his culinary expertise to Amanzoe for two nights only, Sunday 30 April will see Chef Norbert and Amanzoe’s very own Chef Melemenis serve a five course ‘four hands’ menu. Taking place at the Main Pool Restaurant, the experience will be limited with optional wine pairing also available. On Monday 1 May, the chef will then showcase his very own food philosophy through a series of sharing-style dishes capturing his creativity. 

For gastronomes interested in combining an escape to Amanzoe with the opportunity to taste Chef Norbert’s cuisine, the Culinary Discovery offer includes a two-night stay in a Pool Pavilion with breakfast, one spa treatment per person and the five-course ‘Four Hands’ dinner for two, alongside late check-out. 


Aman's signature Japanese restaurant worldwide, Nama at Amanzoe is blessed with almost 360-degree views of the Aegean Sea from its hilltop setting. Serving exquisite washoku cuisine for dinner, Nama offers both indoor and outdoor settings by the main pool of the resort.

Greek Bostani Breakfast

Influenced by the countryside that it inhabits known as ‘The Garden of Greece’, Amanzoe’s very own bostani grows a variety of fruit, vegetables and herbs, influencing Amanzoe’s chefs to cook as seasonally and locally as possible. Overlooking the verdant plot, guests have the chance to enjoy family-style breakfast under the dappled shade of the hotel’s olive trees. The nourishing start to the day includes a menu of homemade local dishes cooked in the outdoor wood-oven, including traditional spinach and cheese pie, fresh fruits, seasonal marmalade and Greek coffee.
