Balancing sweetness and acidity, seasonal ingredients are combined to create a range of beautiful treats, perfect for sharing. Pastries include a chocolate orange and walnut cake and lime madeleines with pistachio cream, accompanied by savoury delights such as yellow beetroot mousse and kumquat mostarda with gorgonzola.
