Petit Choux Afternoon Tea​

This year’s spring afternoon tea at Aman Tokyo expresses the two meanings of the French word choux to create a playful yet flavourful selection of treats that celebrates the new season. Combining bite-sized pâte à choux, a type of pastry renowned for its lightness, and cabbage, a seasonal vegetable known for its crisp bite, the afternoon tea introduces several textures and flavours. Served in The Lounge by Aman, a Choux Caramel Macchiato resembles a coffee served in an exquisite choux cup, while a combination of Brassica vegetables and fresh salmon add a welcome savoury touch.
