Melon Afternoon Tea

Fragrant, juicy and symbolic of the season, melons take centre stage in Aman Tokyo’s new afternoon tea. Featuring a variety of sweet and savoury treats, it is on offer from 15 April in The Lounge by Aman. On the very top tier discover a refreshingly rich melon mousse made with Hokkaido yoghurt, then move on to melon and matcha butter sandwiches, melon shortcake and red melon tartlets, as well as a choice of four types of homemade scones. Savoury items on the lower tier are green-hued in keeping with spring. Enjoy green tomato caprese, prosciutto melon tortillas, pea mousse and more.
