Crafted with care at La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo, this year’s stollen brings together the rich sweetness of dried prunes from Nagano, organic “Harukirari” wheat from Hokkaido, and a generous blend of raisins and walnuts from Shinshu. Warm spices — cinnamon, cardamom and cloves — lend a comforting aroma, while unrefined cane sugar adds a mellow finish.
