Journeys with Aman
New landscapes unfold through Aman’s multi-destination journeys.

During spring, The Lounge by Aman will be adorned with cherry blossoms. Refined sakura arrangements will also decorate the bar counter, softly illuminated in the evening for a serene hanami (flower viewing) experience. Serving Hanami Gozen, featuring seasonal Japanese ingredients such as Wagyu sirloin, sea urchin tofu, sakura shrimp and bamboo shoot rice, and clear clam broth, the flavours of spring of beautifully arranged and delicatley brought to life.
