Resting beside Amanzoe’s main pool, the Pool Restaurant offers endless views across the Argolic Gulf and lavender-scented hillsides. Open daily for lunch, it serves light, seasonal dishes that blend Greek tradition with Japanese influence, crafted using fresh seafood and ingredients from the resort’s very own organic garden.
With fully retractable windows and a choice of three distinct seating areas, the space invites guests to dine in harmony with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Authenticity by the Water
Set by Amanzoe’s reflective main pool, the Pool Restaurant offers a relaxed escape where the flavours of Greek tradition meet Japanese finesse. Chef Konstantinos Mouzis brings a global perspective shaped by his work in Michelin-starred kitchens, while staying true to the simplicity of his grandmother’s recipes. Signature dishes such as kale salad with local cheese, and traditional meatballs with ouzo and mint reflect this balance. Light, seasonal and rooted in provenance.

Defined by its effortless flow, the restaurant’s retractable windows open the restaurant fully to the Peloponnesian breeze, with dining areas that shift to fit the mood. Choose sofas by the fireplace for intimate dining at sunset, the shaded terrace for long, laidback lunches, or the airy interior for casual elegance.

By day, the Pool Restaurant serves as a breezy base for light, nutritious dishes, perfect for enjoying post-dip in the pool. As evening falls, it transforms into Nama, Amanzoe’s signature Japanese dining concept, renowned for fine sushi and sashimi.
