Arva at Amanpuri

Open to guests and non-residents, Arva at Amanpuri celebrates cucina del raccolto, showcasing seasonal, sustainable Italian cuisine. With fresh, organic ingredients at its core, the menu evolves throughout the year, offering refined versions of timeless classics alongside creative dishes inspired by their locale.

Arva is temporarily closed from 16 May to 13 September 2026 as part of the resort’s annual refurbishment. Reservations will reopen from 17 August 2026 for dates following the reopening.

Meaning ‘cultivated land’, Arva is inspired by Italian tradition, creating simple yet flavourful dishes out of honest ingredients sourced locally and seasonally. From much-loved fresh pasta and risotto to hearty sharing plates, Arva at Amanpuri offers a refined dining experience that is both comforting and classic, yet thoughtfully curated.

Community roots

Arva sources fresh, organic produce from the local community, including daily fish deliveries from Bangtao’s fisherman, free-range chicken and eggs from Phang Nga and tropical fruit and vegetables from Phuket Old Town markets.
