Each season presents a fresh culinary journey at The Living Pavilion by Aman. Carefully curated by Director of Culinary and F&B Operations Ozawa, highlighting the very best seasonal produce, the dishes designed to entice and delight visitors and guests alike create an unforgettable dining experience immersed in Aman Kyoto's forest garden.
For lunch, guests are invited to enjoy a refined seven-course menu inspired by the flavours of early summer, while dinner presents an elegant eight-course experience. Light, nourishing starters lead into thoughtfully prepared main courses, including signature Cedar-Roasted Kyoto Wagyu Beef with aromatic sauces, followed by refreshing desserts.
