Garden Terrace Barbecue

On the garden terrace, embraced by a forest of vibrant green maple leaves, our chef grills three carefully selected meats to perfection, allowing you to savour and compare the distinct flavours of Kyonaka‑style aged pork shoulder loin, Kyonaka‑style aged wagyu and Japanese black wagyu sirloin.  

The menu also features plump, red‑leg prawns from the Tokushima‑prefecture, renowned for their delicate sweetness and rich umami, and some thoughtfully prepared side dishes including a seasonal vegetable potage, grilled seasonal vegetables, and fragrant butter rice. A refreshing fruit sorbet is served as dessert. It’s an unhurried dining experience where nature and cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
