Aman Tokyo's Chilled signature dandan noodles showcase the bold character of Sichuan cuisine, balancing the numbing heat of Sichuan peppercorns with piquant chilli spice. Other highlights include Wagyu sirloin, Sichuan chilli sauce and Stir-fried spicy prawns and cashew nuts Kung pao style, featuring a balance of sour, spicy and sweet flavours with a hint of Shaoxing wine.
