Amanvari, Mexico
Set amid wild nature, Amanvari emerges where the distinct desert, mountain and ocean landscapes of Baja's East Cape converge.
Amanvari will welcome guests from 1 August 2026.

From its chiselled rock entrance display to Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired ceilings, Nama’s moody hues spotlight each dish. The principles of wabi-sabi, the Japanese notion of beauty in imperfection, shine through the delicate details of handcrafted dining ware, while recessed alcoves for artworks, or tokonoma, provide visual intrigue beyond the plate.
