Incorporating a Power Gym concept, with Technogym training equipment, the Fitness Centre embraces Aman’s innovative approach to well-being with the latest technology for fitness and recovery. ​

Housed within the Fitness Centre, Cellgym® CellAir® technology is on offer for the benefit of athletes and non-athletes alike, improving energy efficiency, performance, and recovery through intermittent hypoxic training. The Infrared Zone features an array of specialised infrared fitness and lymphatic drainage equipment - a VacuTherm Stepper, VacuTherm Treadmill, and Infrared Body Roll. Designed to optimise calorie burn, tighten the skin, eliminate excess water, and provide the optimal post-workout recovery protocol. ​
