Settings by the sea

Nura’s first home, like Aman’s, is on the shores of the Andaman Sea at Amanpuri, Phuket, backed by coconut palms and fronted by a golden crescent of sand. A second outpost has since followed at Amanzoe, offering endless views across the Aegean Sea, fringed with lush Mediterranean vegetation. With pristine coastal destinations, Aman’s emblematic beach club imbues relaxed, alfresco dining and ocean’s-edge living.

Mediterranean-inspired dishes

A celebration of the Mediterranean region’s eclectic food culture, Nura showcases a rainbow splendour of fresh, seasonal ingredients enriched by the theatre of charcoal grilling. Menus showcase salads, fresh seafood fired over flame, seasonal mezze, pastas and pizzettes, all homemade and intended to be savoured in leisurely serenity and shared with good company. Beloved signature dishes include Nura’s Caesar Salad, prepared tableside, and followed by Basque Cheesecake with passionfruit and lime – a fitting finale.
