Celebrating East Bali’s royal heritage in collaboration with the Karangasem Royal Family, this intimate culinary journey is set within the private grounds of Ujung Water Palace. It begins with a tour of the estate, followed by dinner inspired by the region’s culinary traditions.
The courses unfold accompanied bythe sound of the Penting, lending a timeless grace to this royal experience.

Limited to just two couples, the Beach Club becomes entirely yours for the night – two candlelit tables set apart on the sand, each with its own chef grilling dishes over open flame.
When the meal concludes, a private balé awaits beside the bonfire, where the warmth of the fire and the tide’s gentle rhythm create a lingering calm that lasts long after the last course.
