开阔露台俯瞰着普拉亚格兰德的瑰美旖旎，落地大窗裱装着碧海蓝天的无垠画卷——主餐厅的每张餐桌，皆以绮丽俊秀的海滨风光为幕，辉映着精致诱人的美味珍馐。行政主厨沿袭多米尼加共和国的烹饪传统，并结合世界各国烹饪技艺，以匠心精神创制出了各式早、中、晚餐食，其中既有鲜美可口的有机风味，也有飘香四溢的精致佳肴。
海滩俱乐部藏隐于普拉亚格兰德海滩一处小沙湾中，以抚沙听海的湾景为幕，为各类午餐场合、私人餐饮活动及特殊晚餐供应一系列本土佳肴及拉丁美洲与南美洲经典特色。
休闲餐吧设于Casa Grande顶层，全天营业，凭借一线全海景视野，成为了畅享免费下午茶与黄昏晚饮及跟随专家品鉴朗姆酒的理想之所。

This November, Amanera will host a three-day celebration of the island's rich culinary heritage for guests and non-residents. From its perch above magnificent Playa Grande, the coastal retreat will see Executive Chef Cesar Landeo welcoming award-winning Italian mixologist Valentino Longo, Bombay Sapphire's 'Most Imaginative Bartender 2020' and the founder of Shōshin Art Club.
In partnership with Olivier & Olivier, the premium Dominican rum distillery, the event will kick off with a cocktail and canapé reception held on the Sunset Platform with its staggering ocean views. On the second night enjoy sundowner cocktails and savour a set tasting menu celebrating the region's incredible produce which will set the scene for the final evening's Beach Club, imbibing and dining at its very best.
Restaurants are open to Aman guests and non-residents (subject to availability).
