Curated in collaboration with Aman Global Wellness Ambassador, Novak Djokovic, this immersive three-day programme is designed to encourage a mindful reset centered around nurturing physical, mental and spiritual growth.

Day One

Assessment, Consultation & Nutrition Guidance

Following arrival, join Amanyara’s specialists in residence for a comprehensive lifestyle assessment and consultation. Specialists bring decades of multi-modal wellness knowledge to explore movement and recovery pathways tailored to your unique preferences.
 

Recovery Spa Session

Following a day of travel, a late-afternoon Recovery Session is focused on replenishment, combining meditative breathing, detoxifying movement and light massage to enable deep rest in preparation for the days ahead.

Day Two & Three

Mindfulness Session

Following a light yet nourishing breakfast, a mindfulness session combines yoga, breathwork and meditation to encourage awareness in the body and intentionality in movement.  

Racquet Session

Flowing from mindfulness to dynamic movement, explore and expand physical capabilities through the practice of tennis, pickleball or padel.

Recovery & Stretching Session

Following an active morning on the courts, join movement specialists for a recovery session to sustain the body through periods of activity and rest.

Strength & Conditioning Session

Explore a variety of training modalities from day to day with our Onus Performance fitness coach for a session designed to build strength and muscular resilience.  

Recovery Session

Choose from a curated selection of spa therapies or specialist sessions designed to encourage recovery, resilience and rest.

Day Four

Mindfulness Session
