Amanyara’s cuisine fuses the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with Asian refinement. At dinner, the Restaurant’s seasonal menu takes centre stage, while in the day time, the Beach Club serves oceanfront lunches and snacks on the sand. Private dining can be arranged from 7am to 10pm, in-Pavilion, on the beach, or anywhere in the resort.

The Restaurant

Open for breakfast and dinner, the Restaurant offers a varied seasonal menu showcasing fresh fruit, just-caught seafood and organic produce from the resort’s aquaponic vegetable garden. Spread over an air-conditioned dining pavilion and an open-air terrace with views over the central reflection pond, it accepts reservations from both resort guests and visiting diners.

The Beach Club

Ideal for breezy seaside lunches, snacks and dinners, the Beach Club is set down by the sand with a series of decks that enjoy panoramic views across the ocean. Freshly caught seafood on the grill, exquisitely prepared sushi and custom dishes from the stone hearth oven are specialities.

The Bar

Serving drinks and light meals throughout the day beneath its soaring conical roof, the Bar is as ideal for a morning coffee overlooking the ocean as for sunset cocktails. Don’t miss the Amanyara Mojito – a unique take on the classic topped with champagne is a refreshing antidote to a long day in the sun.

This February, guests staying at Amanyara will have the opportunity to experience Valentino Longo's art as he mixes his own range of specialty cocktails, designed exclusively for Amanyara and making for the most unforgettable of evenings under the stars. Valentino Longo was born and raised in Rome and always dreamt of opening his own bar. He started his career at the famed Hotel De Russie where he was closely mentored by his manager before allowing his own personal creativity to blossom with a role at Ritz London. During his time in the capital, Valentino entered several international cocktail competitions, which eventually led him to Miami where he opened The Champagne Bar at the Surf Club. In 2020, Valentino won the title of ‘The Most Imaginative Bartender’ in North America and later launched his own teaching platform, Shōshin Art Club.
