Amanyara celebrates the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean, refined Asian cuisine and the generous, life-giving fare of the Mediterranean. At dinner, the Restaurant’s seasonal menu honours Aman’s Eastern origins, while the Beach Club serves oceanfront lunches, dinners and snacks just steps from the sand. Private dining can be arranged from 7am to 10pm, in-Pavilion, on the beach or anywhere else on the property.

Celebrate 4th July

3 - 6 July 2024

Experience four summer nights of culinary discovery and live entertainment at Amanyara with Independence Day celebrations spanning the July 4th Weekend. From Wednesday the 3rd to Saturday the 6th, unique epicurean experiences will include Levantine night at the Beach Club, a nostalgic American BBQ dinner with live music on the shore, a Tapas & Caviar Night at The Bar and a final evening of fresh seafood and music beside the ocean.
