An All-Day Destination

Begin your day with fresh juice on the Bar’s terrace, or while away an hour or two reading on one of its lounging beds. A Latin-Caribbean snack menu features local favourites including cracked conch ceviche, and seasonal bites from rum and coconut prawns to empanadas and more, and a decadent afternoon tea is served here daily. The Bar’s dedicated mixologists craft cocktails and mocktails on demand – whether a beloved classic or signature Amanyara Mojito, a refreshing spin on the original. ​

 

Island Origins

The Bar honours the spirit of choice for the region with a highly curated rum library featuring over 60 unique iterations from 12 different countries. Showcasing provenance and paying tribute to the grand distillers of our time, a reserve collection includes 15 unrepeatable bottles of cult and collector-grade rums spanning islands and eras, offering an otherwise inaccessible taste of history.​

 

Between ocean, pool and sky

Circular in design with a soaring, hand-set Kapur and Balau wood ceiling and 360-degree views, The Bar is centred by a marble service counter with over-sized lounging daybeds on its perimeter. These open from floor to lofty rooftop to the bar within, as well as to the pools and ocean beyond. Leading from the Bar is the spacious pool terrace that provides informal dining and more lounging beds, all with awe-inspiring ocean views.
