- Two consultations with Wellness Manager (at the start and end of your stay)

- One Medicinal Nature walk
- One 60-min Yoga session
- One 60-min HIIT work-out
- One 60-min Pranayama & Meditation session
- One 120-min Waning Moon Ritual (purification)
- One 90-min Balancing facial & foot reflexology
- One 90-min Master Plants Ritual (gentle body exfoliation)
- Transfer to / from Puerto Plata airport
