In Ayurveda, Nidra (sleep) is one of the three essential pillars of wellbeing, alongside nutrition and lifestyle. Rest restores vitality, strengthens immunity and brings clarity to the mind – yet the pace of modern life often disrupts it. This two-night Amanbagh retreat offers a quiet reset, drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom to rebalance natural sleep rhythms through gentle therapies, evening rituals and mindful moments, bringing about deep, restorative rest.
