Blending Japanese culinary tradition with a refined grill experience, Aman Le Mélézin welcomes a new dining venue to its outdoor terrace overlooking the slopes of Courchevel 1850. Open for lunch only (weather permitting) throughout the season, Yakiniku invites both guests and non-residents to cook premium cuts over glowing embers at their table in an intimate yet social setting.


With its superb mountain and village views, the hotel’s magnificent Terrace is the ideal spot for lunch, set directly overlooking the Bellecôte Piste. Here, sunlit meals unfold slowly, refuelling guests between outdoor adventures.
The Yakiniku on the terrace dining experience focuses on the freshness of the ingredients and the communal aspect of eating together. Available for lunch sittings, vibrant appetisers are followed by grilled cuts and accompanied by a host of sides and signature sauces including Apple Koji Yakiniku Sauce, Egg Yolk Soy Sauce and Shiso Miso, allowing each diner to tailor their meal to suite personal preferences.
Sliced delicately into bite-sized pieces and served with minimal seasoning, our cuts allow the natural flavours of the finest meat to shine. Choose from buttery Japanese A4 Wagyu Strip Loin, savoury house-made Tsubo-Zuke Harami, richly marbled Hanasaki Zabuton and more.
