Tea and Zen Journey

Restore body and mind and awaken the spirit through a tea and Zen immersion

Centuries ago, Zen monks brought tea to Japan. Used to awaken the mind during meditation, over time, the practice of chanoyu emerged. A refined art experienced in serene spaces, chanoyu is deeply connected to Zen, offers a restorative experience that clears and centres the inner self. Hosted in a forest garden, this serene journey transports participants to a meditative world.
