With its subtle pink hue, Aman Kyoto's original Sakura Stollen showcases the delicate flavour of Japan’s seasonal cherry blossoms. Soft dough is filled with a special sakura and almond marzipan, Kirsch-soaked cherries and brandy, before being carefully baked by Executive Pasty Chef Matsuo. Perfectly paired with coffee or tea, it makes an elegant gift for spring celebrations, wrapped in a pink furoshiki cloth.
