Cheese Soufflé and Fromage Blanc Palfait

A new early-summer dessert is now available, featuring a freshly baked, airy cheese soufflé as the star, paired with a fromage blanc parfait that brings the ingredients’ individual personalities into harmony. 

Baked to order after you arrive, the cheese soufflé offers a delicate lightness from its air-filled texture, layered with the deep richness of cheese and the refreshing aroma of yuzu from Mizuo. Its meltingly smooth and luxurious flavor is complemented by condiments that add depth—fresh cream, berries, and Kamigamo honey—while the crisp churros served alongside create a beautiful contrast to the soufflé’s tender texture. 

The accompanying parfait is a refreshing combination of fromage blanc, grapes, Kamigamo honey, and lemon. Its interplay of varied textures and bright acidity evokes the sensation of an early-summer breeze gently passing through. 

Enjoy the warm, freshly baked soufflé together with the vibrant, cooling parfait, all while gazing out over the garden where the green maple leaves have just begun to glimmer.
