Clinical and physical wellness

On arrival, guests are welcomed into the tranquil reception with its Boutique. Beyond lie consultation and therapy rooms where integrative and functional Medicine practitioners – offer a range of non-invasive treatments. The floor is rounded out by a Cryotherapy Chamber, Fitness Centre and Pilates Studio featuring Reformers.

Stimulating wellbeing

The second floor is centred around a spectacular 20-metre (65 foot) heated swimming pool with lounging areas and fire pits. Changing rooms lead to a sauna, steam room and rain showers, set alongside a Yoga Movement Studio and a Cold Plunge Terrace both for private sessions.

Optimisation

Designed for optimisation and emotional wellness, the third floor houses seven tranquil treatment rooms for a variety of spa experiences. Among them, a private Contrast Therapy Suite features an infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and a steam shower, while a hair and nail salon, in partnership with, John Barret Salon, provides the finishing touches.
