Culinary event with Chef Cesar Landeo and Bartender Valentino Longo

This November, Amanera will host a three-day celebration of the island's rich culinary heritage for guests and non-residents. From its perch above magnificent Playa Grande, the coastal retreat will see Executive Chef Cesar Landeo welcoming award-winning Italian mixologist Valentino Longo, Bombay Sapphire's 'Most Imaginative Bartender 2020' and the founder of Shōshin Art Club.
In partnership with Olivier & Olivier, the premium Dominican rum distillery, the event will kick off with a cocktail and canapé reception held on the Sunset Platform with its staggering ocean views. On the second night enjoy sundowner cocktails and savour a set tasting menu celebrating the region's incredible produce which will set the scene for the final evening's Beach Club, imbibing and dining at its very best.
