Pascal Aussignac at Amanzoe 

Amanzoe will also see guest chefs hosting exclusive multi-course dinners in the resort’s lofty Library throughout the season. The first to be confirmed is Pascal Aussignac, who will bring his Michelin-star skills in French cookery to Amanzoe on 29 and 30 August. Limited to just 30 guests each evening, the chef’s bespoke five-course menu will feature dishes such Honeycomb, Camembert and Vanilla Emulsion, and Red-Hot Chili Berries, with wine pairing also available. Aussignac travels to Amanzoe from London, England, where he currently oversees five award-winning restaurants including the revered Club Gascon.

Weekly events

Open to all Amanzoe guests throughout the summer season, the following events take place on a weekly basis. Numbers are limited and therefore advanced booking is recommended.
