Lasting three nights or more, Amanyara Wellness Immersions provide participants with results-orientated programmes devised and curated by the Aman Spa’s team of expert therapists, nutritionists and medical specialists. One-day Wellness Immersions
For guests who wish to explore Amanyara’s Immersions without committing to a multi-day programme, the Aman Spa’s specialists can devise a personalised itinerary offering a condensed Immersion experience. Incorporating a spa treatment, private movement or meditation class and a personally prescribed specialised therapy, it’s the ideal way to sample Amanyara’s transformative wellness offering in the space of a single day.
The healing breath
One of the key elements of yoga is pranayama, a set of specialist breathing techniques that centre the self, calm the mind and improve the flow of oxygen around the body. As well as the other components of yoga practice, including meditation and posture work, Amanyara's Immersions incorporate pranayama to restore harmony and peace.
Pathways to wellness
Aman’s philosophy of wellbeing is founded upon three distinct pathways: Grounding, Nourishing and Purifying. Each Immersion draws on a personally curated selection of therapies and treatments from these routes to deliver its results – including Tibetan-inspired Grounding massage to a Purifying bath ritual to cleanse and energise.
