Amanpulo provides the perfect opportunity for guests to take the entire resort as an exclusive venue for a special occasion of corporate retreat. Events that occupy our 42 Casitas and 18 Villas are considered full resort buyouts, granting supreme privacy and island exclusivity. Buyouts are subject to availability.
The venues
Picnic Grove
Amanpulo's Picnic Grove holds up to 60 seated guests and is ideal for private dinner functions or cocktail events with a dedicated food and beverage team to take care of any special requests.
Beachfront
With seating available for up to 100 guests, the Beachfront, perhaps unsurprisingly Amanpulo’s most popular venue due to the spectacular stretch of white sand, provides an unforgettable and emotive experience whatever the occasion.
West Villa Clubhouse
Amanpulo’s central Clubhouse is a multifunctional space that houses several rooms and spaces, ideal for all occasions. The intimate Dining Room and Bar can be used for convivial gatherings while The Meeting Room can seat up to 40 guests for meetings, team building and training. The expansive Lobby is perfect for larger events, opening out onto the pool, where outdoor dinners and events can be arranged.
Pool Sala
The Pool Sala is Amanpulo’s most intimate outdoor venue. Located within the Main Clubhouse, the space can be used for refreshments and breakout sessions during corporate events or even for small and intimate cocktail parties.
Runway
The unmatched setting of Amanpulo’s runway elevate events to truly once-in-a-lifetime celebrations. With the immensity of the private space, the sky is the limit for creative event executions, whether an elaborate dinner banquet or unique private dining location.
Library
Echoing the elegance of the Clubhouse, the hardwood floor, timber columns and woven furnishings at the Library imbue a unique sense of place. Intimate dinners held within its walls create memories as enduring as the tales in the curated collection of books held within its shelves.
