Amanvari, Mexico
Set amid wild nature, Amanvari emerges where the distinct desert, mountain and ocean landscapes of Baja's East Cape converge.

Sweeping vistas of the Menoreh Hills, occasionally draped in mist, for the dramatic backdrop to this spacious 243-square-metre (2,616-square-foot) pavilion. Sliding glass doors surround the interiors, filling the space with natural light and connecting seamlessly to the garden. A six-metre private swimming pool forms the focalpoint of the outdoor area, alongside a thatched-roof balé and shaded daybed for quiet relaxation. Indoors, a four-pillar king-size bed rests on a raised terrazzo platform, with separate living and dining areas and a writing desk. The bathroom opens to a sunken outdoor bathtub, complemented by twin vanity, dressing areas, and rain shower, with sliding pocket doors offering privacy and comfort as the day draws to a close.
