Expert bartenders at Amanjena are responsible for crafting the collection of signature cocktails, which includes drinks dedicated to 007 and Ernest Hemingway, as well as the locally inspired Marrakech Mule (gin infused with gingerbread, berries and lemon) and the Desert Fashioned (a Moroccan-themed take on the traditional Old Fashioned, muddled with Argan oil, dates and Bulleit Bourbon). Private cocktail classes are also available for individuals and groups.
A day-to-night menu
Learn about Morocco’s ritualised mint tea tradition during the Bar’s daily afternoon tea, served from 3.30pm to 5pm, with a selection of savoury treats, cakes and pastries. At other times, artisanal Volzhenka caviar, sustainably produced by a female-led family, can also be sampled in small plates. Sharing-style snacks are also available.
