Spread over 370 clifftop acres, with 10 ocean-facing holes, the Playa Grande championship golf course is one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated and the world's most picturesque. Amanera guests enjoy access to the par-72 course at selected tee times daily, and lessons from a PGA professional are available.

Visit the mangroves of Laguna Gri Gri

A short distance up the coast from Amanera, a picturesque freshwater lagoon provides a home to a huge swathe of Caribbean birdlife, best spotted in the early morning. The mangrove lined waters are warm, pleasant and still, making them ideal for swimming, snorkelling and stand-up paddle boarding.
