With views of 57th Street below, Aman New York’s Premier Suites offer an urban retreat, where contemporary open-plan living and Japanese-inspired interiors featuring delicate ink-painted screen reproductions of Hasegawa Tohaku’s Pine Trees mural to create a sumptuous place to relax. At 75 square metres (815 square feet) in size, the suites allow guests to configure the room as they wish featuring pivot panels with integrated mood lighting to separate the bathroom and bedroom.

An oversized king bed or two extra-large twins offer a restful night’s sleep while at the heart of the space, a functioning fireplace creates a cosy-feel and elegant Japanese artwork adds a hint of inspiration from the East. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, oval bathtub and double vanities ensuring ample space for up to two guests.
