A physiotherapy graduate, Jonathan Ortiz champions wellness through movement. He offers a holistic approach, teaching yoga, meditation, Pilates, breathwork and fitness. His classes balance challenge with self-acceptance, fostering self-awareness. Each session guides individuals towards greater wellbeing.

Jean Carlos is an approachable local tennis pro with years of experience and International Tennis Federation credentials. Whether on the tennis, basketball or pickleball court, his lessons feel like playing with an old friend.

Sol Jiménez

Sol, a Mat Pilates Instructor from the Dominican Republic, combines grounding techniques with mindful movements inspired by nature. Through exercises including roll ups and leg circles, she helps improve posture, balance and strength, fostering connection and rootedness.

Lunar healing with larimar

Unique to Hispaniola, larimar is a rare blue gemstone believed to encourage physical and emotional healing, closely linked to the phases of the moon. Amanera’s signature lunar journey therapies pair the chakra-balancing influence of larimar with a palo santo smudging ceremony, a traditional Dominican ritual featuring the aromatic smoke of the sacred wood.
