Autumn Dessert Assortment

The Café by Aman presents Desserts d’Automne, a seasonal three-course dessert experience celebrating the flavours of autumn. The journey begins with a fig compote and Madagascar vanilla gelato, followed by a choice of three made-to-order Mont Blanc creations featuring chestnut, pumpkin or chocolate and raspberry. To conclude, a Shine Muscat and lychee vacherin showcases grapes cultivated at Aman Tokyo's partner vineyard. Served with coffee or tea, each course offers an elegant interpretation of the season’s ingredients.
