Stays of five-nights or more include:
- Accommodation in a One-, Two- or Three-Bedroom Home
- Roundtrip airport transfers (alternatively, local guests can enjoy a complimentary pick-up and drop-off, to and from the hotel)
- Hotel credit of USD 1,500 redeemable against dining or wellness
Additional inclusions:
- Flexible check-in (upon availability)
- Daily breakfast at Arva or in home
- Complimentary house cars for drop-offs within a 20-block radius
- Complimentary bar, including an espresso setup, signature bottled cocktails, snacks, wine and spirits
- Butler service
- Daily cultural programming
- Access to a comprehensive three-floor wellness facility including an indoor pool, Fitness Centre, Cold Plunge Terrace, sauna and steam room

- Daily valet parking, no in-and-out privileges

- Rates are subject to 14.75% city/state tax plus nightly occupancy tax, estimated at USD 14

- One-night deposit is due at the time of booking
- Five-night minimum stay and three-day advance booking
- Pricing is based on three guests with car transfer for three guests in a Sedan or SUV
- Larger transport will be subject to an additional fee
