Toby Maguire has been featured in the Sunday Times, Forbes Magazine and the Huffington Post for his work on managing stress and his immense contributions to the health and wellness industry. During his time at Amanyara this December, he will draw on his extensive knowledge of meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hypnotherapy to help each participant reduce their stress levels, gain clarity with regards to their personal and professional goals, improve their physical and psychological wellbeing and ultimately to live a happier, more fulfilled life.
