Christmas Crafts

Enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne and house-cured salmon blini at the Bar to begin the evening, followed by a series of Legong Dance performances below the steps of our main swimming pool, which form a natural amphitheater and offer a great view of the performers.

Noche Buena at the Clubhouse

The Filipino Christmas Eve Dinner, Noche Buena is the most joyous occasion of the season, during which families gather around tables laden with their favourite dishes. Executive Chef Erwin Joven will present a traditional Filipino festive feast with dishes that trace their roots to Spanish colonial times.

This annual dance performance in the Picnic Grove showcases dances inspired by Christmas traditions in the Philippines and all over the world.

Christmas Day Filipino BBQ

Christmas lunch is celebrated magnificent with a Filipino BBQ Feast in the Picnic Grove. The centrepiece of the buffet spread will be the lechon (spit-roast pig) which families will enjoy with their feet in the sand, shaded by trees and umbrellas.

Tree Planting for Children

A special Boxing Day activity for children is the planting of palm saplings in the organic garden. Children will get to plant a palm tree, learn about the different kinds of palms and the importance of trees. The trees will have special wooden markers beside them, bearing the name of the child and the date the tree was planted.

Amanpulo's Executive Sous Chef, Leonidas Kritharas, draws on his Greek heritage and his grandmother's recipes to present a menu that evokes festive holidays in his homeland.

New Year's Eve

Celebrations begin with cocktails at the Lobby Bar, while Children' have their own party with movies and popcorn in the Library. For dinner choose between a gala banquet with a degustation menu at the Clubhouse and a seafod feast at the Beach Club. Afterwards, enjoy live entertainment and dancing poolside with fireworks at the stroke of midnight.
